A senior at Sacramento Country Day School

Alyssa is a self-taught ASL learner and started an ASL club at Country Day. She plays on the Varsity Volleyball team and has never missed a practice or game, earning her the Coach's Award. She has also maintained Honor Roll status throughout her four years of high school.

Alyssa will attend Utah State University in the fall, where she will pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education & Deaf Education.
