Natalie Mendoza (Natalee Mendozaa) is a graduate from Franklin High School in Elk Grove. She is continuing her academic and athletic career at Chico State University as part of the women’s soccer team. Her family, friends, and coaches are extremely proud of her success as a student athlete.
