A Defining Moment for Central Florida Employment Connections!

We are honored to announce that Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings officially proclaimed January 25, 2026, as Central Florida Employment Connections Day in Orange County, FL.

This proclamation recognizes Central Florida Employment Connections (CFEC), a division of Christian HELP, as the most trusted job fair in Central Florida, drawing thousands of job seekers and employers annually and upholding an unwavering reputation for excellence, accessibility, and integrity in workforce development.
More importantly, this moment signals something bigger.

It affirms what Christian HELP has long championed: relief alone cannot hold the narrative. While emergency assistance is necessary, workforce mobility is the anchor for the prevention of homelessness. Sustainable employment, career progression, and economic dignity are what ultimately break cycles, not just temporarily ease them.

As CFEC continues to connect talent to economic opportunity, and employers to the human capital they need, this recognition validates a model that moves people from crisis to capacity, from assistance to advancement.

To our donors, partners, employers, volunteers, and community leaders, this honor belongs to you. Together, through Christian HELP and CFEC, we are building pathways that don’t just respond to need, but prevent it.
