This shows a Volkswagen Tijuan suv pull up on 3/28 at 2:49 pm to the front of my residence 1253 Frienza Ave and steal my $3000 dog I have contacted multiple departments in the city including the police and clerks to provide me with any help and I’ve gotten nothing. This is my last resort
