March 2026 Utilities Bill from Robersonville NC didn't credit my account for over charging over 4100 gallons of water usage in February 2026. Since 2011, I have been scammed, yet no NC Laws can protect me, why? I have been "suckered" every month. Why aren't LAWS working in NC? I don't know why my experiences have been terrifying, I am apprehensive about falling prey to this REPEAT experience, every month, as PTSD emotional harm is its functional processing and procedures for living in Robersonville, Martin County, State of NC. Why aren't existing Laws and atonements for Justice enforced and consequences to the fullest extent of Laws apply for active FRAUD, RACKETEERING SCHEMES? Ms. Jugmohan 4/3/26
