Jennifer Wilson is the GM of a McDonald’s restaurant in La Grange, Kentucky who has used the McDonald’s Archways to Opportunity program to complete two bachelor’s degrees and is now pursuing her MBA. In a few weeks, she'll celebrate her second B.A. during a graduation ceremony!

Jennifer says the program reduced her financial stress as it left her with no out-of-pocket costs, and that the education gained has increased her confidence as a leader professionally and strengthened how she runs her restaurant.

The Archways to Opportunity program is the McDonald’s education and career advising program. The program provided more than $403,000 in tuition assistance to more than 200 restaurant employees in Kentucky in 2024.
