From the window of our log cabin located in the woods in New Hampton, NH, we caught this "little" critter giving itself a soothing back scratch using our apple tree. He/she hung around the cabin for about 45 minutes last evening, 4/8/2026, before sauntering away to the surrounding forest. Time to take down the bird feeders! Video taken by Denise Doucette.
