Out of all the rain comes sunshine. A pair of Sandhill Cranes have been residents in a pond on Foxpoint Trail in Monarch Country Club in Palm City. About a month ago they built a nest and MaMa started sitting. She is about due to hatch and along comes the rain, the water started rising all around her but she stayed, no matter what the weather bought her way. Attached is a picture of her and you can see the nest floating with her sitting in anticipation of her babies. Mother Nature is truly amazing.
