On Sunday April 12th, while operating on a dwelling fire in the 7900 block of Glengary Court in Glen Burnie, Fire Fighter Mills Yslas from Engine 18 located and rescued "Maggie" the dog from inside the home while attempting to locate a trapped civilian. Maggie was brought out safely, given care on scene by fire department personnel, and later received care at Anne Arundel Veterinary Emergency Clinic. The trapped civilian was able to escape through a window and was later transported by EMS.
