I'd like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Heather Hoffman, an exceptional educator, mentor, and friend from Warfield Elementary. As a first-year teacher, I've had the privilege of working alongside Heather, our lead teacher for the second-grade team, who is doing a phenomenal job leading by example. With 23 years of experience in education, Heather has earned the admiration and respect of everyone around her. Her dedication to mentoring new teachers, leading the advanced class, and guiding our team is truly inspiring.
